A Wonderful Experience
We have known Val Green for a few years now, and when we
decided to sell, we attempted to try doing this without an agent. Let me say,
that was a disaster, 2 phone calls on the first day, then nothing. We sat with
no calls, no interest for 2 weeks. Val, being a friend of ours, offered to
help. 4 days after she had her realtors open, we were sold and for close to 99%
of our asking price! It was a fantastic experience and she doesn’t just stop
there. Val is still regularly involved in our lives and we look forward to
